Do I need to be home during the cleaning service?No, you do not need to be home during the cleaning service. We ensure the security of your property and respect your privacy while delivering exceptional cleaning services. Prior to the job, we coordinate all necessary instructions, allowing you to carry on with your day without interruption.

What should I do prior to my scheduled cleaning service?You should take a few preparatory steps to ensure a smooth and effective process. Move any outdoor furniture, decorations, potted plants, and grills away from the area to be cleaned. Secure windows and doors to prevent water from entering the home. Remove any vehicles from the driveway or nearby areas to avoid any potential overspray. Finally, inform us of any delicate surfaces or areas of concern so we can take extra precautions.

What payment methods do you accept?We accept a variety of payment methods. These include major credit cards and debit cards, such as Visa, Mastercard, Amercian Express, and Discover. For those of you who prefer a more traditional method, we accept cash and money orders. We do NOT accept personal checks.

What surfaces can be safety cleaned using a pressure washer?Surfaces that can be safely cleaned include, concrete driveways, sidewalks, walkways, walls, and patios, brick and stone exteriors, vinyl siding and fencing. Additionally, surfaces like wood can be cleaned with the appropriate pressure, chemical and settings. However, delicate surfaces such as older or painted wood may require a gentler touch. In some instances, damaged wood and/or chipping paint may not be worth any further damage. This will be assessed and noted during the initial walk around.

What happens if there is inclement weather?Pressure washing services will be rescheduled in the event of heavy rain or thunderstorms. Light rain may not affect our ability to perform the job but will be assessed on a case-by-case basis to determine if the service can be done safely and effectively. Additional situations involving inclement weather that may cause your service to be reschedule include, high winds, freezing temperatures and extreme heat. If your appointment needs to be rescheduled due to inclement weather conditions, we will work with you to find the next available day that suits your schedule.
